TRENTON - A Trenton teen, Radazz Hearns, 14, was unarmed when he was shot seven times by police officers Friday night while attempting to run from the officers, a lawyer for the teen’s family said Wednesday.
Hearns remains in stable condition at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton after being shot five times in the right leg, once in the left leg and has a bullet lodged in his pelvis, said the lawyer Samuel A. Anyan Jr.
Two State Police troopers and a Mercer County sheriff’s officer were responding to a report of shots fired at the Prospect Village apartments when they encountered three males and say they got out of their vans to “question them.”
Rhonda Tirado, one of the witnesses, was in sitting front of her Trenton home Friday around 10:20 p.m. when she saw an unmarked gray minivan abruptly stop across the street and three police officers got out to question the trio of teens.
She saw Hearns run from the officers, and then the gunfire erupted.
“Those police were amped and they didn’t give that little boy a chance,” Tirado said Wednesday, while re-enacting the shooting where the encounter started. “There was no room for no chase. They just shot that little boy right there.”
As he turned and ran, Tirado said she saw him grab his red sweatpants to keep them from falling.
“I don’t think those little boys had no clue what was going on,” Tirado said. “I think they was at the wrong place at the wrong time.”
The police, not really having another story to concoct, pretty much state that this is indeed what happened—except, of course, they claimed that when they shot Hearns, over and over and over and over and over and over and over again, they thought he was reaching for a gun in his waistband.
Except, when they got to him, he had nothing.
The attorney for Radazz Hearns has stated that not only did police roll up in an unmarked vehicle, they weren’t in uniforms when they got out of the vehicle late at night.
Like magic, though, a full 12 hours after they shot Hearns seven times, police claimed to find a .22-caliber handgun underneath a vehicle on another street.
Right…..Whatever the case, it’s all garbage and this young man should’ve never been shot in the first place.
……………so is there a special number of innocents, let alone innocent kids, we are waiting for before we fire all the police, everywhere, and/or overthrow our government to force change? Just wondering, because living in a country where, weekly, people are murdered by the officials we pay taxes for is kinda getting tiresome.

The interim Ferguson Police Chief straight up LIED in an interview for the L.A. Times when he said Mike Browns body was left outside for over 4 hours because “it was too dangerous” from all the “hostile gun fire.”
The Police Union in Missouri just declared “Darren Wilson Day” on the anniversary of Mike Brown…..

Mike Browns Friend Shot By Police On One Year Anniversary Of Death.
The person shot in Ferguson by a police officer after a day of commemorating the first anniversary of Michael Brown’s death has been identified by his father as 18-year-old Tyrone Harris Jr., of St. Louis, who was “real close” to Brown, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
After shooting him they handcuffed him and stood over his body, continuing to aim their guns while a witness recording the incident screamed and begged for them to get him medical attention. The man recording was then arrested for “disobeying police” and staying in the area. Thankfully the ambulance was called and he was rushed to the hospital, put into surgery, and is currently in unstable and critical condition.
The story is that apparently Harris had been tracked throughout the protest in an unmarked vehicle and in plainclothes(meaning not wearing their uniform but simply dressed as normal citizens)as police believed he was “armed.” Officers allege the suspect approached the detectives who were sitting in a van and opened fire with a 9mm gun that had been stolen last year.
Belmar added that 40 and 50 shots were fired in an exchange between the two groups, and the incident he described as “remarkable” lasted around 45 seconds. “They were criminals. They weren’t protesters,” Belmar said of those involved in the shootings. He did not say if there were any casualties from the shooting on West Florissant Avenue. Protesters and members of the media who had gathered in the street took cover or fled when the firing started, The Associated Press reported.
The media and Police are both calling harris the “shooting suspect” but have no evidence to back it up. It’s all simply speculation at this point. Witnesses, including his girlfriend, are saying Harris never shot at police, he was just one of the bystanders trying to flee when the shots first rang out.
Pictures and Videos from that night also show that the original shooter was wearing completely different clothes than Harris and in the video, you can see the unmarked police car drive right past the shooter.
The cops involved in shooting are on paid leave while there’s an investigation.
Andre Green, 15 years old, was killed last night (August 9, 2015) in Indianapolis, IN. He is the 4th teenager killed by police this past week. 12 people overall were killed by police this weekend alone.
